The making and coordination of the educational curriculum and other work-related content set by Okayama Shoka University.

【Qualification】
1. Applicants must hold a PhD in a related field, or related qualification.
2. Lecture experience about business management at university level is preferable.
3. Applicants must be able to conduct classes in Japanese to students of various levels of proficiency with sufficient Japanese ability for Non-Japanese applicants
(N1 level of Japanese Language proficiency).
4. Understand the school policy and conduct the classes in accordance.
5. Age being from 60 to 65 years old.
【Compensation Salary】
According to the university employment regulations.

《Selection process》
1st screening stage: Review of application forms.
2nd screening stage: Interviews with those who have passed the first stage will be held at Okayama Shoka University. The candidate will be required to demonstrate a specialty of Business Management in the interview.
3rd stage: On the basis of the results of the above two stages, after consideration by the qualification screening committee and personnel committee, the President will determine the final appointment.
