Qualification requirements:

1.A doctoral degree in a related field or similar qualifications
2.Previous teaching experience at a university or similar institution
3.An understanding of the university ethos and who can educate and guide students in school affairs with enthusiasm, originality and ingenuity
4.After employment, reside within Okayama city, or surrounding areas

Working Conditions:

1.Salary is based on university regulations

4.Vacation days are as follows:
1)Saturdays and Sundays
2)Public holidays as stipulated by laws concerning national holidays
3)Year end and New Year holiday (December 29th- January 3rd)

5.Social insurance (health and pension) is covered by the Japan Private School Promotion and Mutual Aid Association, which is covered by employment insurance and industrial accident insurance
